Cancellation Policy

As a matter of industry practice:

1. Your booking fee and deposit is non-refundable.
2. If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the day you are due to arrive, you will be charged for 1 (one) night's stay.
3. If during your stay you decide to leave early for your own reasons, we will charge a further 2 (two) days accommodation as a cancellation fee.

It is your responsibility, if you have particular requirements or expectations, to check with us before travelling so as to ensure satisfaction during your stay with us.
